How do we keep our body healthy when you WFH? How to adjust the screen or the placement of your keyboard and mouse? What if I have multiple screens? How to sit properly and comfortably to finish your tasks?
“Work from home” is a brand new working model during COVID-19 pandemic. This is a challenge for many of us. People typically maintain the same position longer to complete a task when you work in a familiar environment. After maintaining a sedentary posture for a prolonged period of time, you might experience neck and shoulder soreness, hands numbness and tingling, or lower back pain.
