靈長類動物直立於後腿,也就是我們的下肢,經常被使用的下肢可以怎麼強化呢?本課程適合稍有運動習慣或喜歡慢跑的人,暖身先由下肢動態伸展開始,加上臀肌的喚醒,之後進入下肢徒手運動,較進階的同學也可自備啞鈴等重物,為了提升強度也會加上一些跳躍動作(可自行斟酌),歡迎大家踴躍報名。
This workout is for people who are interested in exercises and runners. We will introduce some dynamic stretching for your pre-workout warm up. After gluteal muscles activation, we will have a series of movements targeting lower extremity muscles. Advanced recreational athletes could use dumbbells, kettlebells or therabands to increase the intensity. Light jumping activities are also included. Let’s break a sweat!

器材需求:瑜珈墊、彈力帶、啞鈴(可用水瓶代替)
