Join us as a Trade Marketing Analyst where you'll play a crucial role in connecting Marketing and Sales, translating brand plans into effective channel and customer strategies. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager in Taiwan, you'll engage with a dynamic portfolio of brands. Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with brand marketing teams, sales teams, and agencies to ensure smooth execution and optimal performance.
< Key Responsibilities >
Marketing & Sales Integration:
Translate Brand Strategy & Initiatives into field sales priorities and channel plans.
Execute customer and consumer promotions, evaluating post-campaign performance.
Ensure outstanding physical availability in line with portfolio/channel strategy and monitor performance metrics closely.
Manage POS materials & GWP development, logistics, and store-level implementation.
Utilize shopper insights and retail data to identify customer & channel opportunities for brand building.
Support customer review & new listing presentations and business cases.
Build strong relationships with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to align marketing plans with field activities.
Manage Marketing agency partners to ensure deliverables meet company objectives.
Provide ad hoc support on special projects as required.

Gather competitive intelligence and analyze data to identify opportunities and consumer/trade insights.
Utilize processes and resources to understand customer, consumer, and campaign insights for informed decision making.
Implement new processes and learnings as training opportunities arise.
