旅客入住須知

※請務必詳閱

• 入住時間：15:00~23:30。退房時間：11:00。逾時未入住視同放棄權利，不接受退費、改期等方式。延後退房每人每小時加收$100，並最晚不超過下午2點，以免影響後面住客入住權益。
• 床位為隨機安排。指定下舖或房間安排方式，需收取每人每晚$100指定費。
• 貴重東西與個人物品請自行妥善保管，本公司不負保管責任。
• 訂房並完成付款入住後，無法取消、退費、折讓、或更改日期等任何方式。
• 每個太空艙限定1人使用。若發現攜伴或違反規定將終止住房權利並索取賠償。
• 房間和太空艙內禁止飲食，但可以喝水。如需飲食請至8樓大廳。
• 由於等待廠商維修，保險箱暫不提供使用。
• 收看電視需租用消毒過的耳機及遙控器，住宿期間每次收費$50，並收取遙控器押金$100於退房時返還。
• 房卡請妥善保管，遺失將收取$200 工本費。
• 訪客禁止上樓，會客於8樓大廳會面。會客時間至23：30。
• 為體貼其他房客，晚上10點後請將手機或是會發出聲音的各種影音設備，請調整成靜音或震動模式。
• 全館禁止吸菸，吸菸請至1樓戶外。吸菸將報警處理並通報衛生局開罰$12000。
• 自行車不負責保管寄存，請停在合法停車場站，或拆解自行保管且不影響其他房客權益。
• 長住10天以上房客，可10天更換一次枕套和床單，如需更換最晚請於前一晚櫃台下班前告知櫃台。
• 18歲以下之未成年旅客，需由成人陪同入住或攜帶家長同意書方可單獨入住。
• 上午9點~下午6點為清潔時段，如造成干擾與不便，敬請見諒。
• 11am 之後提前抵達者，可先辦理登記手續並免費寄存行李。退房後免費寄存行李至14：00，每位最多限2件，由現場櫃台服務人員認定可否存放，超過14：00收取寄存費每件每小時50元，並先支付費用，且需於晚上6點前取回，逾時收取每件每小時$100，如3天內無人領取，將由本公司自行處理。
• 請勿把借來的公用物品帶走，如佚失或損壞請照價賠償。
• 禁止吸毒、酗酒、賭博、大聲喧嘩、鬧事、拍攝不雅照片或影片等任何不法行為，本公司有權隨時終止住宿權利且需索取賠償，且不接受退費、折讓、或更改入住日期。
• 若拾獲遺留物，將保管7天。7天後將由本旅館自行處理。
• 若違反住宿規定，本公司有權終止住房權利並索取賠償。
• 無論從哪個訂房平台訂房，所有相關住宿規則，請以本公司現場與官網公告為準(http://heybear-hotel.com/Home)，且遵照交通部觀光局發布之《個別旅客訂房定型化契約》。若有其他未盡事宜，悉依本公司相關規定或解釋。

Notice for Guests:

Please read the following carefully: 

● Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM. If you fail to check in on time, your reservation will be considered canceled, and refunds or rescheduling will not be accepted. Early check-in or late check-out will be charged an additional fee of $100 per person per hour, and must not exceed 2:00 PM to avoid affecting the rights of other guests checking in later. 

● Bed allocation is random. If you wish to request a specific upper or lower bunk or room, a fee of $100 per person per night will be charged. 

● We are not responsible for the safekeeping of your valuables and personal belongings. Please take care of them. 

● After booking and completing the payment, no cancellations, refunds, discounts, or changes to the dates are allowed.

● Each capsule can only accommodate one person. Bringing a companion will result in the termination of accommodation rights and a request for compensation. ● Eating and drinking are not allowed in the rooms or capsules, except for drinking water. Please go to the lobby on the 8th floor for dining.

● The safe deposit boxes are temporarily unavailable due to manufacturer maintenance.

● A fee of $50 will be charged for TV usage during the stay, and a deposit of $100 for the remote control will be refunded upon check-out. 

● Please keep the room key safe. A processing fee of $200 will be charged for any loss.

● Visitors are not allowed upstairs. Please meet visitors in the lobby on the 8th floor (latest visiting time: 11:30 PM).

● Please keep your phone or any audio-visual equipment that may make noise on silent or vibrate mode after 10:00 PM to show consideration for other guests.

 ● Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Please smoke outside on the 1st floor. Smoking will be reported to the police, and a fine of $12,000 will be charged by the Health Bureau.

● We are not responsible for the storage of bicycles. Please park them at legal parking lots or take them apart and store them on your own without affecting the rights of other guests. 

● For guests staying more than 10 days, the pillowcases and bed sheets can be changed every 10 days. If you need to change them, please inform the front desk before the end of the previous day.

● Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a consent form from their parents before checking in.

● Cleaning takes place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

●e early you can stor If you arrive your luggage for free after 11 am. After checking out, you can store up to 2 pieces of luggage, which will be determined by the on-site front desk staff for free until 2 pm. After 2 pm you'll be charged a storage fee of $50 per piece per hour. The fee must be paid in advance, and the luggage must be retrieved before 6:00 PM. A late retrieval fee of $100 per piece per hour will be charged if it is not retrieved within 3 days, and the hotel will handle it.

● Please do not take away any borrowed common items, and compensate for any loss or damage at cost.

● Any illegal behavior, such as drug use, alcohol abuse, gambling, loud noise, disturbance, or taking indecent photos or videos, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the accommodation rights at any time and request compensation, and no refunds, discounts, or changes to the check-in date will be accepted.

● If any lost and found items are found, they will be kept for 7 days. After 7 days, the hotel will handle it.

● If there is a violation of the accommodation regulations, the severity of the situation will be considered, and relevant legal regulations will be followed.
