1.規劃資料治理框架及政策，建立資料管理方案，並企劃相關活動，推動資料治理業務。
2.規劃並訂定資料需求、品質監控、數據定義、資料架構、資料源等相關管理程序，並建置管理工具，提升管理效率。
3.設計分析型資料模型架構，開發特定數據主題資料表，提升公司資料定義一致性與跨領域覆用性。
4.研究內外部數據法規趨勢，掌握法令規範變動，研擬因應策略與提出調整建議
