Role Your main role is to contribute directly as project coordinator to ensure the success of project execution from start to finish. You will work with R&D team and oversea customers to ensure the project schedule, identify risks and communicate clearly with cross function partners across the company such as qualification team, material purchasing and manufacturing to keep them all up to date on progress and deadlines. Your main role is to: • Manage the cross-functional projects with aggressive agenda • Contribute directly as project team coordinator to ensure milestone and successful execution of product development • Collaborate with R&D team, oversee customers, cross function partners in the company • Identify project risk to the team • Generate presentation for project status updates • Manage project budget Who are we looking for? • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields. • Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus. • Working experience at least 2 year in project management field, preferably inter-acting with engineering or manufacturing, and customer. • Quickly adapting to business needs, can-do mindset, flexibility, and fast-learner. Creative business mindset. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
