3.有UPS & INVERTER電源轉換器維修經驗為佳。
4.產品不良處理與問題分析,協助客戶(T公司以外企業)解決產品使用問題。
Technical Support Engineer is responsible for solving UPS/PD(Power distribution system) application issues. Primary tasks include analyzing failure, gathering information from internal experts about product capabilities relative to specific customer needs, finishing root cause report, and determines appropriate solution and/or responses. Design, develop, deliver, and manage training to support sales efforts.
A. Provide UPS/PD technical support to analyze failure, include wiring, installation, configuration, start up UPS/PD operation and so on, to solve UPS/PD application issues.
B. Collect application requirement information to draft reports and finish root cause report for closed UPS/PD issues under investigation.
C. Provide product/application training to senior service, when required.
D. Coordinate with others in completing the assigned tasks, such as UPS/PD Factory Acceptance Test based on projects in Lab
