Job Description
Receptionist Duty:
1. Take ownership of our working environment and ensure its overall upkeep of cleanliness and professionalism.
2. Serve as the first primary point of contact for visitors.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of messages.
4. Ensure comprehensive management of mails/ packages/express mails, and all items are signed for, and promptly distributed.
Administrative:
1. Responsible for inventory management and tracker update for office/ pantry/ cleaning consumables. Monitor and review cost and quality of service and goods.
2. Handle petty cash
3. Contribute to the preparation of essential reports, including Hour Reports and etc
4. Assist with corporate logistics bookings with local vendors and itinerary management
Ad-Hoc Tasks and Assignment
1. Collaborate closely with other supporting function and offer proactive support in various tasks and responsibilities.
2. Serve as a reliable backup to line management, responding swiftly to unexpected situations and when additional assistance is required.
3. Demonstrate versatility by willingly taking on ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the line manager, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to meet evolving business needs.
English Level: Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking
