CDC approves six new investment projects with an investment capital of over $150 million – including new Makro store

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has approved six new investment projects with a total investment of more than $150 million.

According to the official Facebook page of the CDC, the Investment Committee of Cambodia of the Council for the Development of Cambodia has decided to issue the investment project registration certificate to the following companies:

1: RONG JIN CC CERAMIC CO., LTD. The project to build a factory to produce all kinds of tiles, located in O Trav village, Andong Thmor commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province, with an investment capital of approximately $71.5 million  and which can create 304 jobs.

2: ELITE SOLAR (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. The project to establish a factory to produce and assemble solar panels, located at A10 & A12, National Road 4, Svay Chrum Village, Bek Chan Commune, Ang Snoul District, Kandal Province, with an investment capital of approximately $47.2 million  and which can create 937 jobs.

3: MAKRO (CAMBODIA) COMPANY LIMITED The project to establish a business center located in Bak Kheng Leu village, Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh, with an investment capital of approximately $12.7 million  and which can create 161 jobs.

4: SHENG KA SHIN ELECTRONIC REBORN RESOURCE CO., LTD. The project to establish an electronic panel assembly plant, located in Prey Kdoch village, Trapeang Kranh commune, Tram Kak district, Takeo province, has an investment capital of approximately $9.6 million and which can create 505 jobs.

5: LHTL DECORATION (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. The project to establish a factory to produce and assemble all kinds of decorative lighting cables and artificial trees, located on National Road 4, Tep Phirum Village, Veal Pun Commune, Thpong District, Kampong Speu Province, with an investment capital of approximately $6.2 million and which can create jobs 356 places.

6: JBT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. The project to build a factory to assemble all kinds of colorful lamps, which is located in Kob Kong Village, Sangkat Choam Chao II, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh, with an investment capital of $5.4 million  and which can create 1,173 jobs.
